The 1975 LeMans 24 Hours saw a rather an usual entrant, the Chrysler Hemicuda of Michel Guicherd and Jean-Claude Geral. Entered into the ‘T’ or touring class the big American Muscle car was essentially a modified hill climb machine, and sadly not quite cut out for the rigours of the most gruelling 24hr race in the world, failing to qualify. But as the big machine powered down the straights in practice, it sure made a fascinating sight!

The 1975 Lemans 24hr race saw a victory for a team that were certainly not the prevent favourites. The Gulf oil liveried Mirage GR8 of Ickx and Bell won by a lap from the Ligier behind them, the third and final win for a Gulf liveried car overall at LeMans and the first of an incredible five wins at Lemans for Derek Bell. For Ickx this was the third of his amazing six wins, making this car a real springboard for some of the most famous LeMans pilots of all time!

Returning to Formula One after a year in the DTM series, English-Thai driver Alexander Albon proved to be the dominant driver at the Williams team with some strong fights through the field and some good qualifying performances. The 1981 James Bond Film For Your Eyes Only once again saw Roger Moore reprise his role as 007, this time Bond was up against the wily Aristotle Kristatos, as they both race to recover a lost targeting communicator.

Bond, accompanied by 'Bond Girl' Melina Havelock use this wonderful Lotus Esprit to escape various henchmen, with the skis on the roof providing another method of escape! A great addition to any James Bond collection this Lotus is a great performer on your track, or in the mountains!

A real first for Bond and Scalextric! Wet Nellie is the custom-built submarine made from Bonds Lotus Esprit S1 Sports Car. Featured in the hit movie The Spy Who Loved Me the famous sequence saw Bond dive underwater in his previously pristine Lotus Esprit.

As the water filled around the car the machine transformed into a submersible!

Here is the livery on the XJS that many have been waiting for! In its iconic green and white the XJS swept all in the world of touring car racing before it. The big powerful race car proved to be too much for its German and American rivals and this livery became yet another iconic car in the history of the Coventry marque.

Of all the Jaguar XJS liveries that the car raced in the famous white and green works colours of TWR are by far the most famous. This particular car raced at the Donington round of the ETCC in 1984 and was driven very capably by Win Percy and Chuck Nicholson. Up against the much-fancied BMW 635s the big V12 Jaguars proved to be the class of the field.

For the 2019 season, Antonio Felix da Costa joined reigning champions DS Techeetah. In the striking black and gold livery on show here he started well, with some great performances in the opening rounds, before sealing his drivers' championship with a dominant performance in Berlin with two wins and a podium. He was also awarded the order of merit from the Portuguese president, rounding off a great year for the young Portuguese Driver.
