1/18 Scale Diecast Cars

  • Holden HQ GTS Monaro (350ci Engine) Sunburst Metallic With White Stripes 1/18 Classic Carlectables
When the two door Monaro GTS was released to the Australian motoring public in July 1971 it proved incredibly popular, being an all new design, the fourth all new Holden body produced in ten years.

With the confidence of almost a quarter of a million of the much loved HQ range already on the road, Holden released the four door GTS version in April 1973.

The monocoque construction and all new four-wheel coil spring suspension provided superior ride and handling and delivered a smoother, safer, more elegant car than any previous Holden. Praised for its advanced features and individual styling, the HQ range represented a more sophisticated design direction for Australian made cars, while delivering the rugged durability and family-size roominess expected by Holden buyers.

The HQ was the largest selling model range to date for Holden and would ensure Holden’s title of Australia’s No.1 car manufacturer. The HQ became an automotive icon of the period.

Item includes certificate with individual production number.

  • Authentic Collectables 1:18 Truck Assist Racing #35 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 - 2023 Supercars Championship Season
A new era began in 2023 when Gen3 Supercars were introduced to race in the Supercars Championship.

A significant evolution from the previous Gen2 platform, the Gen3 rules implemented a raft of changes for the Ford Mustang GT Supercar in 2023, with a large focus on achieving a much closer visual connection to its road going counterpart, more controlled parts and less downforce to encourage greater racing.

Cameron Hill joined Matt Stone Racing for the 2023 season, his first full time year in the 'main game' after graduating from the Super2 series. Racing the #35 Truck Assist Camaro, Hill's Gen3 Supercar can't be missed with its incredible orange and black colour scheme.

This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.

A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.7-litre Chevrolet Racing LTR V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.

Comprised of roughly 205 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model.

  • Authentic Collectables 1:18 #16 Nissan Bluebird Turbo - 1983 James Hardie Bathurst 1000
1:18 Scale #16 Nissan Bluebird Turbo - 1983 James Hardie Bathurst 1000 - Drivers: Fred Gibson / John French

    Limited Edition Number: 372

Product Specifications: Sealed body resin with clear windows and detailed interior

    About This Product:

Authentic Collectables are very excited to present the 1:18 Scale Nissan Bluebird Turbo driven by Fred Gibson and John French in the 1983 James Hardie 1000.

In 1983, Nissan Motorsport, managed by the late-great Howard Marsden was beginning to hit it’s stride in Australian motorsport. The James Hardie 1000 was going to be an all out assault with a three car team featuring two Bluebirds, the first driven by George Fury / Gary Scott and two masters of the mountain aboard the second car, Fred Gibson / John French. The third car was a Nissan Pulsar Exa, driven by Fred’s wife Christine with Bob Muir.

Gibson and French had a long history with Mt Panorama, with Gibson having won the 1967 Gallaher 500 with Harry Firth and French having a Class win in the 1972 Hardie Ferodo 500 and also co-driving to win the 1981 James Hardie 1000 with motorsport legend Dick Johnson.

Teammate George Fury was only beaten by Peter Brock in the Hardies Heroes shootout for pole position, showing that the Nissans were not lacking in pace for the 1983 running of the Great Race. What they were lacking however, was reliability. Over the course of the race day, Gibson and French’s teammates would fail to finish the race, both with gearbox troubles, with the two stalwarts of the mountain crossing the finish line in 22nd place.

This would be Fred Gibson’s last race at Mt Panorama, as he formally retired from racing and took over from Marsden as Nissan Motorsport team manager in 1984 and went on to push Nissan to legendary status in Australian motorsport history fielding the Skylines throughout the Group A period. Gibson went on to become one of the giants in the sport, working with such greats as Mark Skaife, Jim Richards, Craig Lowndes, John Bowe and Neil Crompton to name a few.

John French went on to drive three more James Hardie 1000’s but would not better his placing from the 1983 race with a string of DNF’s and DNS’s stymying his chances before his retirement from full time racing in 1986.

As history shows, the 1983 Bathurst 1000 Bluebird of Gibson / French is an important car for both fans of Nissan Motorsport and the Bathurst 1000 and this limited edition release will be another great addition for collectors. This model will sit nicely alongside our previously released and sold out 1984 Bathurst 1000 Pole Position Bluebird in this scale.

Don’t miss this model in 1:18 which has been produced by Authentic Collectables as a sealed body with clear windows and detailed interior. It comes in an exclusive limited edition of 372 with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Authentic Collectables 1:18 Shell V-Power Racing Team #17 Ford FGX Falcon - 2018 Bathurst 1000 3rd Place
1:18 Scale Shell V-Power Racing Team #17 Ford FGX Falcon - 2018 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 3rd Place - Drivers: Scott McLaughlin / Alexandre Prémat

    Limited Edition Number: 234

Product Specifications: Die-cast model car with detailed interior and opening parts (bonnet and all 4 doors)

    About This Product:

Scott McLaughlin's four year stint with Dick Johnson Racing / Shell V-Power Racing Team may well go down as one of the most dominant partnerships between team and driver in a short space of time in the history of the Supercars Championship.

A breathtaking pole lap of Bathurst and a championship near miss in 2017, a year of redemption in 2018 to claim his maiden championship win, back-to-back titles, a Bathurst 1000 win and a record breaking season in 2019 and a three-peat of championships in 2020 before departing the series to race IndyCar makes an incredible list of achievements for the ace driver.

One of those achievements during this time occurred during his season of redemption in 2018 where he returned to Bathurst with co-driver Alex Premat after a DNF the year prior to finish on the podium in third place - his first podium at the Great Race.

This 1:18 scale model has been produced in die-cast with high detail and opening parts which include the bonnet and all four doors. It comes in an exclusive limited edition of 234 with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

Scale: 1:18, Release Date: July 2024, Limited Edition Quantity: 750

Part of the Brewers of Australia, No. 03

The Brewers of Australia Collection will be represented on the 5.8L (351 ci) V8 Ford XC Utility, with the addition of brand new tooling for diecast kegs and pallets. This model also includes a limited edition white box design.

Released in 1976, and produced until 1979, the XC Falcon was the last face lift of the third generation Falcon.
The design was softened from the previous models to reduce the coke bottle effect. Other design changes included a restyled grille and larger bumpers, the Fairmount also included modern looking rectangular headlights. The XC was first model Falcon to comply with new pollution regulations, but the new regulations did not reduce power output thanks to the Ford engineers.

The XC utility was available in the Falcon or Falcon 500 models, both models were able to be personalized with many options. The GS Rally Pack could be added and included sports steering wheel, comprehensive dash instrumentation, 'NASA' bonnet scoops, slotted sport rims, driving lights, bumper over-riders and blacked out badges.
The standard XC Falcon utility was available in a 3.3 litre engine and was able to be upgraded to either a 4.1 litre or 4.9 litre. The GT model was removed from the XC lineup, but the 5.8 litre was still available with the GT Power Pack option. The Power Pack also included 4 wheel disc brakes and limited slip differential.

Item includes certificate and production number plate, mounted to the chassis.

The Utility tray is loaded with vintage styled cartons, also includes two detailed diecast kegs with handles.
The hinged tailgate can be opened, and features retaining cables just like the real car.
The Utility interior features the GS Rally Pack including Sports steering wheel, comprehensive instrumentation including tachometer, oil and temperature gauges.
Included in the GS Rally Pack were Buckets Seats and sports centre console with arm rest.
The twelve slot steel sports rims are an outstanding feature on this model, combined with the GT Power Pack, the wheels also feature 4 wheel disc brakes.
Raising the bonnet with the etch metal hinges, displays the highly detailed Cleveland 5.8L (351ci) V8.
The front chassis shows the engine sump, exhaust system and working suspension. The front wheels are even linked to the steering wheel.
The chassis bears an individually numbered etched metal plate which is the edition number of your model.

  • Ford Mustang GT 1985 Sandown 500 Dick Johnson & Larry Perkins 1/18 Classic Carlectables
1985 saw the introduction of the Group A rules, leaving Dick Johnson without a Ford eligible to race. This lead to sourcing the Mustang from Zakspeed, that was already out of date. The first running of the car was not up to speed with the engine requiring lots of work to make it legal and competitive. Johnson was able to finish the 1985 ATCC in 2nd place.
The ATCC season lead into the AEC (Australian Endurance Championship) and included Amaroo, Oran Park, Sandown, Bathurst and Surfers Paradise. After missing the first round, the Mustang had a upgrade to its suspension and brakes. The Mustang dominated the Oran Park 250 from Pole Position, but a stub axel failure caused a DNF
    12 laps from the finish.
For the next race, the Sandown 500 he teamed with Larry Perkins, after Perkins walked out on HDT. The Mustang was looking good for the race, qualifying in 3rd position behind the parings of Brock/Oxton and Grice/Cullen, both in VK Commodores. The Mustang was again fast, leaping to the lead and setting the fastest lap of the race. But again the car was unreliable, with a broken axel costing the car its first win.
For the remainder of the 1985 AEC, the Mustang showed promised but couldn't land its maiden win. Finishing 7th at Bathurst and 3rd at Surfers Paradise.

The chassis bears an individually numbered etched metal plate which is the edition number of your model.

  • Holden HT Monaro GTS 350 Daytona Bronze 1/18 Classic Carlectables
he HT Monaro was introduced in 1969, as the facelift replacement to the highly successful HK. Missing from the HT lineup was the 327 cui engine, now replaced by a larger 350 cui. The larger engine pushed the output to 300 b.h.p. but only when paired with the 4-speed manual transmission. Upgrades from the HK also included the instrument cluster, with the tachometer now housed within the dashboard, the suspension was revised, and thicker brake discs.
Cosmetically the front grille was changed from metal to plastic, and the rear lights were now taller and wrapped around the car. The rear of the boot lid was also now a flat panel instead of having an undercut. The most notable upgrade was to the bonnet with the addition of twin air scoops, although they were more style than function.
The HT Monaro continued the racing success of the HK. In 1969 the Holden Dealer Team was formed and entered three HT Monaros in the 1969 Bathurst, with the HDT 44D car winning driven by Colin Bond and Tony Roberts. Norm Beechey also had success with the HT Monaro, winning the 1970 Australian Touring Car Championship.

Item includes certificate and production number plate, mounted to the chassis.

  • Ford XT GT Falcon Brambles Red 1/18 Classic Carlectables
The GT started life as a Limited Edition, but demand was so strong that more GTs were built. The last XR was assembled in February of 1968. The GTs future as a model in its own right was assured.
The launch of the XT in March 1968 kept the Aussie muscle car alive. The XT was made even more potent and attractive and was now available in a range of colours, a step up from the XR that was only offered in GT Gold. New colours for the XT included, Springtime Yellow, GT Silver, Polar White, GT Gold, Candy Apple Red and Zircon Green Metallic. The XT interior was only availiable in one colour, black.
The Falcon XT was to be Ford's answer to Holden's two door coupe, the Monaro and the two would fight it out on the Bathurst race track for superiority. This was the real beginning of the Ford - Holden rivalry that still persists amongst the manufacturers today.

Item includes certificate with individual production number.

  • Chevrolet Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 - 2022 Bathurst 1000 Gen3 Launch Livery - 1/18 Authentic
After the new Chevrolet Camaro Gen3 Supercar was unveiled at the Repco Bathurst 1000 in 2021 featuring a striking silver chrome Chevrolet Racing livery, a new look followed in 2022.

The updated black 'stealth' livery with gold accents was seen during numerous testing and on track demonstration appearances across the year and was an important part of Supercars Gen3 launch at the 2022 Bathurst 1000.

It was going to be a big effort to top the previous silver livery seen at the Great Race but the updated stealth version, piloted around the famous Mount Panorama circuit by four-time Bathurst 1000 winner Greg Murphy, really delivered the goods for race fans.

This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.

A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further.
